This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Yalishi Trading Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use AI-CX ERP (the "Service") and the website at ai-cx.site.

1. Who we are

Shenzhen Yalishi Trading Co., Ltd., founded on 8 September 2011, registered in Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Contact: [email protected]. We act as the data controller for account data, and as a processor for the Amazon store data that sellers authorise us to access.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, company name, email address, phone number, hashed password, role and login history.
• Amazon store data — only for stores you explicitly authorise through Amazon's Selling Partner API: orders, order items, inventory, shipments, settlement and financial events, catalogue data, and buyer messages where that role is granted.
• Data you enter — suppliers, purchase orders, costs, expenses, returns and other business records.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, timestamps and error logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use information

• To provide the Service: synchronising orders and inventory, calculating profit, generating reports and alerts.
• To authenticate users and protect accounts (including two-factor authentication).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and we do not use seller data to train machine-learning models.

4. Amazon Selling Partner API data

Access is granted store by store through Amazon's OAuth consent flow. We never receive or store your Amazon seller password. Tokens issued by Amazon are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. You may revoke access at any time inside the application or in Seller Central under Apps & Services; collection stops immediately.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers that host the Service under confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities where required by law. We do not disclose seller data to other sellers.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we control. All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Access tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based and limited to personnel who need it. We maintain logging and periodic review of access.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and business data are retained while your subscription is active. Amazon-sourced data can be deleted on request; upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

8. Your rights

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Revoke Amazon store authorisation at any time.
• Export your business data.
• Object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. International transfers

The Service is operated from China and delivered through a global content-delivery network. Where data crosses borders, we rely on contractual safeguards and encryption in transit.

11. Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
